Extended Ban appeal

Sorry for format, refer to previous post that was locked please.

I ask for someone other than MangoTango to review this. He has no validation of this ban or locking the ban appeal thread.

The most recent comment by mango tango was

The reason this was the straw that broke the camels back is because you have had multiple instances of harassment and your case of harassment today showed that you have clearly not learned your lesson. You have become a destructive being in our community and I was simply putting a stop to your behavior. If I didn't do it, the next staff member you would have harassed certainly would have.

In life, and in a 36 man server, you have to consider the way your actions effect others. Your actions, since you joined the community, reflect that you do not care for the well-being of our community. Like Zikeji said, "there are other communities out there that allow that style." This is not one of those communities.

Your appeal has been denied.

You are saying my "harassment" was the straw that broke the camels back. It is not fair to give me a 2nd ban based on things i was already banned for (Past harassment). Since i have been unbanned the only confrontation i have had was with hockie and that incident was not my fault, i did not start it. There is a reason why he had more slays than me. So this 30 day ban is solely on the harassment case that i originally posted. There are ONLY two instances of wrong doing since the previous ban. Please have some responses to the questions i ask before locking the topic. You did not answer them in the last post. I do not mean to being an annoyance to the server, i enjoy the server and just want to play. Which is what i was doing, then you banned me.

 

If this conversation by itself is not valid of a ban then i should not have this "extended ban" based upon previous actions. If this is "The straw that broke the camels back" as you say.

Let me say that your only incident wasn't with Hockie. Just because a ban is over doesn't mean it goes away and you start with a clean slate. All previous cases of harassment factored into your ban, as well as your harassment on me three days ago and today.

 

As a matter a fact MangoTango does have validation to ban you and lock that thread. If you're that determined to take this to Highwon or the Lead Admins you're just wasting their time really.

 

It's not fair to give you worse punishment for repeated offenses?

Your previous offenses don't expire, they'll always be there. It's up to admin discretion on how to compound certain criteria of offenses. Considering your offenses are so close together, his ban was justified.

Consider this: If you go to jail for a year, and then upon release get yourself back in for similar reasons, I can guarantee you won't get off as easy.
