The voice saying "Excuse my potty mouth" is far overshadowed by the yelling of everyone else, so in my opinion it's not clear enough to be a Jihad sound on our servers. Also, it doesn't really fit with the other Jihad sounds, and I don't think many people would use it. -1
Yea if you watch the video without reading the title of the video it's actually kinda hard to tell what he is even saying.
