My computer crashed while I was loading on other map with 1 slay punnishment and I was trying to get fast on server but I saw instantly got banned​

I wasnt "disconnected by user" but my game propably said time out or something not like you leave with purpose :/​

Thank you for taking the time to appeal your ban on our forums.
Seeing as this is your only ban in your (50 hour) history and that you indeed seemed to have crashed by what I saw in my recording I will be accepting you appeal and voiding your ban.
Judging by how quickly you have appealed it is clear that you indeed tried to reconnect to the server right after the ban.
