Because I didn't mean to RDM and also I was honestly going to plan to donate for this server. I really liked that server and had fun on it, I want to play on it.​

Evidence of Innocence:

I didn't mean to kill him/her. I accedently killed him/her when I went down the ladder. Since she was below the ladder, I was climbing down and acedently fell on top of him/her ,killing him/her and me. I didn't mean to kill him/her, it was an accedent.​
