I got banned for 5 days for pinging, I suppose I had a slay but, is there anything I can do?

Why should you be unbanned: I got banned for rdm + leave, and well the round went as usual, with me being slain of course, then I went afk because I usually do other stuff when I'm dead / slain. I don't know what happened since I only lost connection on gmod, nowhere else
Evidence of innocence: Didn't take any, I mean, I didn't even know I was being banned
