Elite overrides VIP+/Gold when banned

Hello Mr. H. I recently got banned twice on the forums by your 2nd best lead admin and this caused me to lose gold rank. I had previously been gifted gold anonymously on the 26th of january 5 days later I won a competition for elite. My elite was set to expire on the 3rd of march. When it expired I should've had 26 days left of my gold, but I didn't. Here's a picture I drew so you can understand my situation

 

Mr @Highwon could you pretty please handle this. I'm getting bullied in your discord for not having a yellow colored name and this gold rank should fix it.

 

We can also make a deal that you give me 5 years worth of legendary so that way I don't need the gold anymore

 

I've been gifted gold by @.RyanHighman because I won a giveaway. But I still need the +26 days from this one. But I see that my last offer was a bit too much so I'll lower it to 1 year.

Hey this sites about to be shut down, I would issue a charge-back on stripe or paypal since this still isn't addressed.
