Why you should be unbanned:

Well, This is not really my fault but i did quit the game to fix it since i got so annoyed with it. First i had this texture error with the custom gun bullets. shoots loads of errors all over my screen. I saw someone nobbed a grenade into the spawn error. making me guessing he was Traitor. but when i sent to shoot, errors spammed my screen leading me to shoot the wrong person. I am very sorry for this. Few minutes after i quit i was trying to fix the textures. went back in game to find out if it was fixed and i got a 14 day ban. Come on, its not my fault that errors spammed all over my screen leading me to shoot the wrong guy. I hope you can understand. This hould not happen again since i think ifxed the textures but i need to join your game to know.​

Hey friend, thanks for taking the time to submit an appeal. I've had a read over your explanation here and there are a few things I don't agree with. You obviously know from the screenshots that I will show that you committed an offence of RDM and the question I am curious about is why you chose to leave on the round that you knew you would be punished with a slay?

Anyway, to start off, I'll take you through each part of evidence and my eventual reasoning.

Alright so, as you can see from here, someone reported you for killing them and you replied that you killed the wrong guy, and it was due to errors. However, might I stress that, errors in gmod doesn't prevent you from seeing the players name. While there is room for confusion, had you experienced this bug you should have been more careful.

The damagelogs just confirm that the player which you killed didn't do anything traitorous for you to warrant killing him, however you probably already know this.

This is the screenshot of you leaving the server after being slain. Now you should know well enough that if you commit an offence of RDM, you will be issued with a slay as punishment. The rules state that you must stay the full round in order for the punishment to be completed. You did not need to fix your game right at that moment and thus, you decided to leave and dodge the punishment.

Now we take a look at your bans and your hours. You joined the server yesterday and you have already been banned 2 times, please be more careful in future and take the time to read over the rules properly.

 

Let me go into detail with this since i think you got the wrong view of this page.

1st, I did not know you could leave even you had a slay. My bad for that. I saw it when i just clicked Quit. But again i did not know about the leaving rule. I will not do this again since you have warned me with this. Im new remember, Cut me some slack.
2nd, it was too quick . There were 2 - 3 guys. I literally saw the guy threw a grenade into the spawn of people. then this guy ran so freaking quick it was so suspicious that he was traitor. i saw the guy exactly. and shot. when i sprayed i saw a shit ton of errors spamming my screen, at that time i was a long distance from the guy. then i still managed to kill someone. once i got the report i knew that i got the wrong guy. there was alot of confusion with this. many people even said KOSes and stuff. i was not the only one.
It may not effect the name but i was basically blinded with errors. There was so much confusion literally. too many gun fires it was a cross nightmare.

This time ill be calmer and make certain of who i saw and KOS. I think i was not paying attention to what i did on that round.

Hope i hear from you, I hope you can take me on with a warning . Ill insure you this won't happen again. It was complete confusion. mental round haha.

 

Okay I understand what you are saying, however, you must take the time to read over the rules. The game goes better for everyone involved when you do this. Considering our conversation and what you have stated here though, I am willing to give you another chance however your ban will not be voided. So please do take care when you make mistakes, and accept the punishment and stay for the whole round. In order for this appeal to be processed you will need to go onto the server and serve a slay in place of the one that you dodged.

I hope you don't make me regret giving you this 2nd chance.

 

ok, I will serve this slay and continue playing with care and attention. You won't regret. if i get errors again. after i play the game once i served my slay time. ill quit and try and fix instead os shoot with spammed errors again. thank you for giving me this chance. i just tried to join but i get the ban message. once that removed ill serve my slain. thank you for this
