Permabans are meant to be appealed privately as the forum accounts are normally supposed to be banned as well when a permament ban is issued- however this one slipped by.

@Xproplayer felt it looked shady that this got deleted, even though it wasn't a serious appeal and was a venue to post porn on our community- so I went ahead and restored it.

Administration has 100% conclusive evidence that you were hacking on our servers, thus, this ban is denied.
