    Why you should be unbanned:
I was banned falsely, The moderator Ladylag banned me (after 3 warnings, a warning, a kick, and then a ban) but the important part was the last ban, I said the "N" word and get kicked for harassment, then I explained the definition of the word using it properly not harassing or calling anyone or anything the word. But Ladylag claims she heard me say it offensively again after the kick, which I did not, I explained the meaning of the word in voice chat (which I couldn't finished) than in chat. She did get another person (one she has known for a long time, and is friends with) named Jinxxy. She also said that she heard me say it 2 more times. 1 in chat, 1 in voice chat. But the 2 times I said it was to explain the definition of the word, not to offend/harass anyone from it, and from the reaction no one was offended that I was explaining the definition and origin of the word. So after explaining all this, I hope you see that LadyLag Wrongfully accused me of saying the "N" word again offensively and decided to ban me for 24 hours. Please unban me before this time. Thanks!
P.S. I forgot to say that we discussed the incodent after in ts and she still told me to come here and request an appeal.

    Sincerely

    Hello, EasyName!

Throughout the day, I have seen you be rude to other players, but nothing ban worthy. I warned you not to, and I assume it may have stopped when I logged off. When I came back on, you were harassing another player on Pains Facility. Another warning. Some time afterwards, you started to deliberately used the, uh, term "nigger" to offend another player. I kicked you for harassment. You came back, finished where you left off with the player you were attempting to offend, and once again used the term as an insult. Afterwards, you tried to cover your tracks by trying to "inform" us on the definitions of the term (while I was typing out the ban).

    Though I do not have much evidence, @ZMWyman , Necro http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198051634706 , Chelsea http://steamcommunity.com/id/Loexvi , Lucario http://steamcommunity.com/id/hypnocreepers , Fluffy http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198147760443, and also OJ http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198198784750 were all present.

I tried Explaining to you why you were banned in detail in TS, as well as bringing in Jinxxy, as I know she was there (You heard me, I asked for anyone in the server to come to the TS and help me explain it to you, she's the only one who came). At the end of our efforts, I did tell you that if you were dissatisfied with my decision that you could come here and try to have the ban appealed.

Despite the fact that 99% of this ordeal occurred over voice chat, here's the little bits and pieces of things I have gathered from chat.
The things shown in chat are NOT what you were banned for, as all of that happened in voice chat, but this is what I could scavenge from chat that is even remotely relevant.

You also mentioned in your appeal that Jinxxy may be a bit biased considering her and I are friends. This is why I consulted a few of the other names listed, and there are many others counted in as well who witnessed it. From the several I've talked to in depth about the situation, they have agreed with me on the fact that you continued to use the term to offend someone even after your kick. This is unacceptable behavior.

    Appeal denied.
