Completely forgot about a slay. ;-;​

Evidence of Innocence:

This is quite an unfamiliar position for me as over two years this is my first ban .

I do not have evidence of Innocence as I am guilty. I was on Vanilla, the community made map, which I do not remember the name of, and was on the first round. I picked up a nearby Smoke Grenade near when I spawned and spammed the M1 to throw it, though of course being Pre-round and couldn't. I hit Q and dropped it instead of 1 to bring up the weapon menu and unknowingly picked up an Incend instead of the smoke.

A few seconds into the round I throw what I thought was the smoke I had up into the cavehole where the tester was just for fun and went on my way. FOr me, there was no indication of the incend going off and damaging others as after logging into Gmod over a long hiatus has changed some sounds and stuff for me (whenver I fire my weapon, I don't hear the bullets going off, but I hear the impact of them hitting hte ground and walls.

@Pika was the mod on at the time and sent me a report while I was still alive, though I thought it was someone mistakenly reporting me since I hadn't killed anyone or done anything during the time, that I was aware of.

I thought she may have incorrectly copied and pasted the damage log so I answered back stating I didn't throw an incend (even though I found out that I had way later).

I had hte browser up looking for Prop Hunt servers and didn't see the notification tht I was slain UNTIL i went through console and found out.

However, since you did own up to it, I will let you come back and serve your slay, but your ban will not be voided, meaning if this occurs again your ban will be for 2 weeks due to the fact that you knowingly left with a slay placed on you. Please respond either to this appeal, add me on steam, or just simply forum message me if you would like to serve your slay. :3

 

I don't recall the 2nd one ._. but logs don't lie. I am known to throw grenades aimlessly, and I am careful to throw incends and discombobs out of bounds as to not hurt anyone. I wasn't really focused on the game, a bit out of it as I'm not really into TTT as I was before, kinda the reason why I switched to a Prop Hunt server.

I do appreciate the chance to remove the slay . Although I understand your decision to not void the ban, I do slightly disagree on the reason. But hey, I have no excuse or reason to talk my way into voiding the ban despite being a veteran player with a clean record.

I'm currently in the middle of a monitor shift, I will add you later and serve my slay tomorrow. I'll message you when I serve it to the fullest extent .
