I get what you're saying. Someone walks up to you and shoots point blank with an unloaded double barrel. It seems logical that they're traitor baiting. The issue is if this was traitor baiting, you would have to extend it to other weapons, which I don't see being feasible at all. I'm not -1ing, but I don't think this suggestion will go through.
