Why should you be unbanned: Here i go. I was banned for "ghosting." You can see here, http://i.imgur.com/0FMmlDe.jpg , that i sent a message to someone telling them to kill The Sacred Apple because he was the last T. Now here is the reason i told them to kill The Sacred Apple. The Sacred Apple had been afk for the last 7 rounds at least. Now, Zikeji wasn't on for the past couple rounds, so he didn't know Sacred was afk for so long. No other mods were on to /fspec Sacred. All I'm trying to say is that I shouldn't be banned for saving us 5 minutes. Haste mode was no where near so I told them to kill the last T (The Sacred Apple). I'm sorry if this isn't allowed, but i figured saving 5 minutes wouldn't hurt anyone. But clearly it hurt Zikeji's feeling and he felt the need to ban me. Sorry for having no evidence but I didn't think I was going t get banned for such a simple thing. Please let me go back on East (West people are creepy ). Lataaa

 

The rules do clearly state that "You can only kill AFK players in overtime". Unfortunately waiting is a big part of TTT, and rules are rules, they shouldn't be broken to save time. Also note that ghosting is one of the biggest offenses on the server, and is a serious offense. Having said this, I think you know what you did wrong, and perhaps the admins will let you off the hook this time.

 

You will be unbanned. Next time, to avoid confusion, say "the last T is AFK" in admin chat. That way it doesn't look like ghosting from our perspective.

 

I was here, but please don't try to fabricate things. I was on the whole while, I was already dealing with AFKs and I was about 15 seconds away from dealing with him(I have to warn them and give them an amount of time before I spectate them). I did know Sacred was AFK for at least 3 rounds but I have to deal with alot of stuff and consequently, don't keep an internal record of how long someone has been AFK.

We have rules for a reason, ghosting is ghosting regardless of intent. If we were to let people get off with ghosting even when it wasn't really intentional, we'd have more problems with it. In addition to that, as a mod I'm required to enforce rules. In this case, you broke a rule stated on the MOTD and I gave you the appropriate punishment.

I don't like seeing you make an immature assumption to liken me as having my feelings hurt. I simply did what was required of me, it's my job to enforce the rules whereas it's your job to read and follow them.

In the future please let the staff do their jobs, it's our job to spectate AFKs and deal with delayers.

The admin removed the ban.
