Why should you be unbanned: I really enjoy playing on this server and have played on it a lot in the past two weeks.
Evidence of innocence: I had no clue that I was being slain nor do I remember rdming before I left the server, if I knew that I was going to be slain or that I had rdmed I would not have left and would have taken my punishment, I wasn't in a hurry or needed to go somewhere I left because I was bored. Ultimately I blame myself for not being aware or paying attention.

 

You were banned by Guilty-Crown for your second offense of RDM and Leave. He will respond when he can.

 

Hey Dilof! Thank you for taking the time to make this appeal.

Dilof, you were supposed to be slain for false KOSing another player (Zezus) as an innocent and ended up getting him killed. I was going to slay you for the false KOS, however, by the time I checked you were there, you were already gone. You also didn't ask if you had a slay coming your way or anything to the staff members, which caused me to ban you based on RDM&LEAVE. Unfortunately, since this is your second RDM&LEAVE, I will have to say that your appeal will be denied. You can still play on the other 3 servers as this is only a local ban. In the future, always ask another staff member if you have a possible slay coming your way.

Evidence of innocence: Since my topic was locked I'd like to point out that the time I false kos'd him was 3 rounds prior to me leaving, I don't think I was wrong in believing that I was able to leave after 3 rounds of not being told I would be slain, I was given no notice that I would be slain nor told that it would be investigated.

Hi Dilof, I was still in the process of looking at the reports when that happened. Now, you should understand that some reports take longer to finish than others. Zezus and I have also been talking about the entire round and he showed me the screenshot of you calling a kos on him wrongly (which I did post on your original thread). Like I said before, you should ALWAYS ask if there's an incoming slay or report on you and if there is (which there was one coming), then you should've stayed until the staff member (which in this case was me) let you go.

If it was your first instance of RDM&LEAVE, I would've let you go with the appeal done and over with, however, since this is the second and you've been on these servers for a while, I denied your appeal. My original ruling that I made on your thread still stands.
