Why you should be unbanned:

On the 16th of March I was playing TTT on your server. I became aware I RDM somebody and knew I'll be slain for it. On the morning, I had an interview to attend and at the time of the RDM it was about 11 o'clock. I had an interview at 2 and had to make sure I was ready etc... to be on time. I had to go off around this time, so after I seen I was being slain by yourself I waited until next round so I was slain. I was not aware of any further slays or that I had RDM'd more than once at the time so I left the server thinking everything was okay. However, this was not the case and when I came back on later that day in the evening, it said I had been banned for 56 days which I believe is unfair and this is why I should be unbanned.

I didn't know I had killed anyone, I had threw it when no one was around.

I understand I shouldn't have thrown it, I'll learn from this and I won't do anything stupid like this again.

You do not need to bump your post. Wex provided his evidence and you will have to let Darktooth give some time for his reply if you should be unbanned.

 

I was originally was going to look over this appeal and let it slide, but I noticed you're on your 4th offense of RDM & Leave in your 2 months here.. I want to show sympathy for your case, since I believe that you had an interview to leave to, but what were the cases for the other 3 times?

You are allowed one more response to vouch for your innocence, and based on how you reply I will modify this punishment. I am not obligated to unban you or to make this appeal have a positive verdict, but I am allowing you the chance to prove your worth. Thank you!

 

@Darktooth - I already had justified myself from the other times to another admin who dealt with it accordingly. All I'm saying is since I was unbanned last time I try my best to follow the rules. Sometimes people make mistakes and misjudge situations, and I believe this is the reason why the RDM(s) occurred.

I don't want to beg you like a child, however I do enjoy playing your server because its always populated, variety of maps/weapons etc... making it fun to play.

I hope you'll let it slide this time. I understand my record on the server is not clean, and I totally get it if you don't want me on there. However, ask Lumpas I play on their with him regularly and he knows I follow the rules and play normally.

I will make your ban local to EU1 for the remainder of it's duration, meaning you can play on EU2 and all of our other servers. This is your last chance at a reduced punishment, so please try your best to avoid rule breaking.
