It was my T round. I bought a Jihad. Obviously I was planning on blowing some people up. I open T chat on my microphone and state: "If you are a T, get out of the area I will be Jihading the area" I said this TWICE over the voice comms. Nobody listened after 10+ seconds. So I went ahead and blew up. I then get reported by some 5 year old crying "RDM He didnt warn me"

When in fact. I warned twice and waited for the area to clear. The moderator, also a T, candycaneore, Did not bother to ask me anything, and disregarded my side of the story. I now have a 5 day ban for "Mass RDM 4+" When they all decided to ignore my warning and not leave the area. I should not be getting banned when people choose not to listen to the warning. If they didn't hear anything, thats not MY problem. They should have been paying attention to the BIG RED BAR at the top of their screen. They had plenty of warnings and more than enough time to get out. I should not suffer because of couple of kids died in a video game.

I have played on this server for over a year and a half and not once have I been banned for catching a fellow T buddy in my blast. People usually take into consideration whether they heard my warning or not before they spam the report button.​

I asked the T team and no one heard or saw you name pop up in T chat. You killed 2 T buddies and damaged 2 others.

 

Thats my point. It is their fault that they didnt pay attention. I made my intentions very clear that round and I got banned. And if you wanna get technical. It WASNT random damage. It was for a purpose and they chose not to listen. Is it still RDM if they chose not to listen and died on their own accord? AFTER multiple warnings were given?

I dont believe you asked anyone anything either. I scrolled up in chat and all I saw from YOU was "I will slay whoever RDMed me."

So It's just convenient that you banned me for 5 days, isn't it? Kinda seems like a revenge take. I even submitted my half of the story which to me it seems like you didn't even pay attention to. You couldve asked me questions and allowed me to explain in detail. But instead you jumped on the 5 day ban. Which is why I am now here REQUESTING to be unbanned for something I shouldnt have been banned over.

 

I took my time to ask players before I had banned you, out of the T buddies who were still present none of them said they heard or saw you name pop up in the T chat, nor did you give any warning in either chats.

 

The only T at the time who spoke in the T chat was itzRebel, before you ended up Jihading

 

None of those logs show voice comms.

 

Of course we don't have logs on voice comms so, if you have any proof that you actually warned your team I will remove/void the ban. Because I asked the players myself and none said you warned.

 

Not enough traitors gave their responses to prove that Dave actually warned, resulting in insufficient evidence to warrant a ban.

 

Appeal ACCEPTED and ban void.
