Okay so I banned you for RDM & Leave First Offense while I was training @Sickle I am tagging him if he has anything to say.

You can see that you had thought the player had thrown an incendiary grenade which he hadn't he had thrown a smoke grenade which sadly I didn't get a screenshot of the player throwing the smoke grenade only you leaving while being slain which can be seen here.
