Why you should be unbanned:

well, I am a very dedicated player that likes to come on the server everyday. I shall not rdm and leave. I made the mistake to be on my 3 third offense please forgive me as i truly am a dedicated player to the server. please to take the time and forgive me EDIT: please don't feel like I'm not putting a lot of time into my ban appeal I'm a fairly new player to your community. I have a lot of experience playing TTT in general and a dedicated gmod player back when they had toy box and such. I respect all the staff and players and from seeing the evidence and criteria I apologize for my actions.​

I have nothing els to say in this post becides I will admit my defaults and i did make a mistake to get me banned.​

Let's get on to the appeal shall we.

As you can see, you killed Winter Miku for no reason and in your response you said that he shot at you, this was found to be invalid and you were slain.

Shortly after you proceeded to leave, i waited for a round before banning you for your 3rd offense of RDM & Leave.

As for your appeal, seeing as how it is your 3rd offense of RDM & Leave, i will be denying your appeal for vanilla.

Hey @Darkvoker hope you are having a good time with whatever you have going on.

Earlier I was refreshing myself with some of what happen for your ban on my end, and It seems you had placed a false kos on a player betaclay if memory serves. After some time of investigation you were slayn and proceeded to leave very soon after, before your slay took effect.

I will be hoping to gather this evidence within the next 6 hours at max. My laptop took a Hard Drive crash today and this has impacted my ability to provide the evidence. Frustratingly my PC froze and RiP during my review of this exact case. WITHIN these 6 hours I am having my Hard Drive recovered by an old professor. We can hope (or not I suppose in your case right ha ) that he will be able to recover any Gmod files if anything really!

On a final note for now I will add that another Moderator was on during the time of Slay and Ban as well. @Pacifist if you have anything to add to this case, you may as you were on at this time.

My system seems to be completely unrecoverable. With the now lack of evidence the I will be accepting of approving this appeal to a partial degree. If @Pacifist has no further proof either then I can see this being a 2nd Offense RDM in @Kawaii and seek to have the Overall Appeal DENIED
In the future I hope to see you again and know that I am sure of this case being valid, yet our mere word for word here is not enough to push for the additional Count. Be sure in the future to watch your kills being made, and more-over watching if you have reports and how they are handled so that accidental leaving when being slayed isn't an issue in the future.
