got slayn for jihading and not warning, then when to go eat dinner so when into spec, came back and was either moved to forced to another server due to being in spec, tried to rejoin and it said i was banned for 5 days​

As you know I banned you for RDM & Leave 1st Offense. You were banned for leaving on a slay, but it didn't look like you were AFK moved. It never notified that you were. The slay was about like you said not warning before jihading.

Now you said that were AFK'd moved. But from this screenshot it doesn't say that you were AFK'd moved and that you just left the server.

i went into spec then i came back and was on a different server, this has happened before so idk

 

I will be taking the benefit of the doubt and unban you and void the ban. Next time, please take the slay until the slay is over with and then go into spectator. This way this situation doesn't happen again. If you really need to go during your slay, just stay afk without going into spectator. That way it doesn't happen again.
