Hello Gucci,

Thank you for taking the time to create this ban appeal, to avoid this I tried adding you but my efforts were to no avail. You were reported on the map mythic by @Turquoise for KOSing him on suspicion leading to the unpleasant damage dealt to him. You claimed he killed a player named "bfp879" which he did, but by means you could not have possibly been aware of. Bfp was killed by the poison water trap, this death is something you cannot trace back to Turquoise. In the report you can view below, you say something along the lines of "He fell in front of me after you said *context can be viewed below* it's hard to believe you were not a traitor.". This is complete suspicion. You never saw Turquoise kill this player, you assumed he did from something he said. Unless you witness a player commit a traitorous act, you cannot kill them. To view a list of traitorous acts, please visit this page. After the map changed you left the server before I could issue the slay against you, as a result you were banned for RDM and Leave.

@Sinz is it possible for me to join back into Vanilla and serve my slay? I will gladly do so if it means being able to play again.

 

You will be unbanned however, this ban will not be voided from your record. This means if you happen to leave the server after randomly killing or damaging a player you will be banned for your second offense of RDM and Leave, a harsher punishment than a typical first offense. Let this be a lesson learned. Once again, thank you for taking the time to make this ban appeal.
