You won't get out of silver.... TBH, I don't care about ranks, I just want to play now. If you are nova+ skill and your rank is silver then you're basically a smurf and everything is easy. There's smurfs up until MGE+ So ranking up will be hard. Try to do aim maps until you can pull off headshots. You don't rank up just for winning a few games in a row. It takes other things from good shots to defusing the bomb. If you have skill, you'll rank up. Using a P90 all game is one way that you can win, but using rifles and sometimes shotguns will help with skill. Your rank is based on your skill level, not how many games you win. I'll just say this, good luck...
@Quit , Some players get stuck in "Silver hell", where they play with trolls or against smurfs. Having a solid team of 5 who you can rely on to not throw a game helps people get out of it.
I just recently got out of Silver Elite Master myself. It was as if I were sleeping on a bed of nails, with 4 cinder blocks on my chest. Pretty unpleasant.
Even in nova or MG+ there's trolls and or smurfs. But I wouldn't mind 5 people to play with. Although the "Get out of silver team" is incorrect in my eyes
Nova's are more likely to be willing to do higher level strats, Silvers are just in it for the lulz. Those who are serious on getting better usually want to get out of silver. I just want to get out to play with @ant. on his main lol also, add me currently s2 :v but my elo is so high im playing with s4's
Spoiler: Watch This Watch these two videos, implement them into your play style, set your sensitivity around 2-4, learn maps and common player locations, don't rush. Wa-la, Gold Nova 1. Watching CS:GO streamers on Twitch will help as well.
Another thing I would recommend, is play with people who are better than you. This will teach you to play in a manner that counter-acts people with more skill than you currently have. It's the fastest way to get better, in my own personal opinion.

I would not suggest you get smurfed towards a higher rank. You will find yourself once you start to play without the smurf anyways. My best tips would be to improve your skill, and that comes with time and experience. Tips and tricks Learn to pre-aim while walking, scan your corners. All the time. Make sure to know at what height to aim to get an headshot.
