It's your account and your responsibility. It's unfortunate that he got you banned, but maybe you will take this as a learning lesson for the future to lock your PC when you are gone so your brother can't access it.

 

You were banned by @Darth West for RDM & Leave First Offense. He will respond soon. Just a future note, when you get a slay assigned to you, you have to stay till its done or your leaving will result in a ban on the specific server you left it. Also, you can ask the staff member on the server if you are able to leave to prevent this from happening in the future.

 

Hello Crazed I hope your Thanksgiving day is going fantastic.

Onto the appeal. You were banned for leaving before a slay could be administered. Your brother gomba stomped another player during the four round of the map. I waited till the next round to put the slay on, in order for your brother to have a chance to explain himself. He left that round which resulted in the ban. You can see below the logs of said rdm.

Seeing that this is your first offence I am going to be much more lenient. Also seeing that you claim this was your brothers doing, I am inclined to give you a lesser punishment. For I can relate to this for I have 3 siblings of my own, and I don't believe that you should be punished for offences that you didn't commit. With all this said I am going to accept your ban appeal. Now I will not be voiding this ban, so the next time this happens you will be banned for 14 days. Along with a 14 day ban the chances of getting that appealed is fairly low. I advise that you talk to your brother about this and do something to insure that this doesn't happen again.

I would like to tag my admin @ThatBox just in case he feels that I have been unwise in this ban appeal. If he deems this to be true, I ask that he alert me to the course of action, I must undergo.
