1- who picks tmods? how are mods then picked to become admins? 2-how many leads are there? how many admins are under each lead? 3-Do staff members ever derank or get kicked out of staff? how does it happen? 4- is there a set time between becoming tmod to actual mod (if accepted)? 5-why no fun commands? 6- whose the best staff member? guess more than a couple lol

You will be promoted to full mod when your admin thinks you are ready. This is my second staff tenure, aka the second time I've made an application and have been accepted and promoted to moderator. I completely skipped my tmod phase this tenure. 5) To prevent abuse. Highwon, the owner, came from the same community I did where the Owner would get drunk and abuse commands all day. The admins on that server had access to easily abused commands, and they did abuse. One day Highwon went to the owner to talk to him about the abuse that was going on, and he said "If you don't like it here, open your own community." So that is exactly what Highwon did. That other community doesn't exist now, and this community does. That was 7ish years ago. 6) Me, obviously.
1. Admins are given a lot of freedom on how they choose to build their team. They are tasked with picking up Tmods, and eventually promoting them to moderator when they feel they are ready. 2. There are two lead admins. Each Lead has 3 admins under them at the moment. Though the number has changed throughout the years. 3. Yes demotions have happened. There are a number of reasons for demotions. Most commonly though it’s either leaking staff only information, or abusing their powers. 4. There is no set time.
