Why you should be unbanned:

I am relatively new to TTT's chat system, and was unable to find a way to privately message a moderator in time before my ban. I was trying to explain that I called a livecheck and only one person responded. The one who responded was then later killed in the room above me and I attempted to chase down who killed him. I thought it was enough evidence to warrant a kos. My friend and I who frequent the server were then banned for suspected ghosting. Most likely due to my suspicious kos, and my friend being on the server as well. I understand the moderator's suspicions and I thoroughly apologize for being unable to private message a moderator in time.​

As stated by yourself, you killed a T on suspicion, rather than proof, based on a live-check. In this case it would warrant a slay for RDM, as you cannot kos based on live-checks, but, you failed to respond to me after I pm'd you asking you why you killed Cousin, the player in question. This, along with allocations of ghosting, made me suspect you of ghosting, as your buddy, Jondawg, was also a T that round, and also failed to respond to me. Since Jondawg had a mic, and you failed to message me in all-chat or pm, I thought you were ignoring me, so I banned you for Ghosting, 1st Offense after waiting for your to reply for another round.

Since you have a clean history on this server, and this seems to be just a misunderstanding, I will Approve this appeal. I will unban you from West when you add me on steam and agree to serve a slay for RDM. Your friend will be unbanned immediately, since he was not involved in the RDM. This appeal will remain open for 24 hours, or until you reply, and serve your slay.
