so i got a 24 hour ban for a bad spray. no big deal, ill take it and move on. but i was wondering if it would be a conflict of interest if the person who banned you was the one to look over your appeal? shouldn't a third and neutral party do that?
The person that issues the ban also deals with the appeal. Since they have the first hand evidence of the incident, they are the best ones to handle it. Reports are what gets handled by a 3rd party. If staff, it will be the leadership of that staff and any other staff member for regular players.
