ComPeter abused his powers.

I was on the server today roughly around 7:20 mountain time and he repeatedly abused his powers against me. He gagged me for no reason as well as banned me for no reason. He said I was "sexually harassing" a player. I think he said his sister. I did in fact say a couple of things that may or may not have been taken offensively towards the sister but I was given a warning and I stopped. However when I tried to tell him to ungag me and that he was being biased towards the player/sister he ignored me. I don't believe that someone who does this should have any sort of powers. It's unfair to the players who like the server because it makes us not want to play on the server anymore. Please handle the situation accordingly. I didn't like the way I was treated today on the server. Thanks for your cooperation.

I cannot resolve this issue if i never banned a "LumpyHumper" and this person has never been on the server.

 

Sorry for the spam of links. Okay, so first link is the posts you have made, second link is the topic of your first deleted topic(which i replied to), third link is for showing that your forum name have never been written in the server or gametracker. This proves that you were never banned. Although, if your IGN happens to be "God" i will be adressing the issue with another comment.

...After you have read it you can see that i did not abuse my power. I may have over done the 24 hour punishment as the player stated in his deleted topic. But my arguement for changing the punishment is - The player "God" was constantly distracting me with things that were not important. The player had been keeping me from doing my real job of making this server enjoyable. Also i was the only staff member on at the time. I felt that because of my maturity,experience and/or qualifications compared to several staff members, that i would be able to decide a more appropiate punishment for this player. Even though, QUOTE "moderators are bound to the guidelines of the punishment section of the Rules. Only under an admin's discretion can they go outside of that scope. You have been unbanned." - Highwon. (Said in the noobl3t power abuse topic). Like i already said i was the only available staff member to handle the situation. I moderate this server 10+ on my first day of duty and today is my second, i have been on since 8 PM pacific on July 27 and currently still on as of July 28 8 am pacific. I am dedicated to this server and do not see my action of banning this player for a day as abuse.

I dont ignore an issue while i moderate this server at night, alone. I take an issue one at a time, i am not a super computer that can multi-core process.

Nothing was unfair about your punishment because your presence was restricting me from doing my duties of helping every other player and not you. You are not the center of the universe. I think the situation has been handled and explained. I was treating you how you were treating the players and staff; that are trying to enjoy playing and make the server a place to have fun.
