Cloaker jihad

For those of you who have yet to play Payday: The Heist or Payday 2, there is a special enemy called a Cloaker. He hides in corners and dark areas wearing a Splinter Cell suit and loves to sneak up on you and drop kick you. You can usually tell when he is coming when he starts shrieking at you.

I think it would be fun to see a Jihad that is composed of this shriek:

I couldn't possibly upvote this more, particularly since you could pair it with the splinter cell skin already in game.

if someone says gravedigging just ignore them.. they are bored.. sometimes it can be a waste bc of the suggestion was so long ago it must not have gotten much support but sometimes things just get lost and r worth bringin up
