Carned Incorrect Slay

Reason: False Slay

I was on west2 when i killed Eduardo legitimately because he attempted to push me off of the top shelf on Dolls. I had proof that he was a t because he tried to push me off so i killed him. Upon id'ing his body i discovered he was in fact a t. This was a false slay as he did not properly review the situation because he was swamped with reports.

 

You said that Eduardo pushed you with a Crowbar, but you killed him the exact moment the round started, the logs showed 00:00 for when you killed him and no log showing he pushed you with a crowbar.
Heres the log showing you killing him at exactly 00:00 (excuse second monitor)

I'll admit to being swarmed with reports, a lot of the being about you amongst people wanting me to gag and deal with their reports instantly.

Sorry if i have incorrectly slain you, but this is the first incident like this i have come across, and i've only been a mod a short time.

 

from the looks of the logs pluto, you straight up RDM'd him because he was your friend.

 

Listen killamarshall i'm literally the last person on earth that would ever do that. I killed him because he pushed me and that's not my fault. If someone try's to push me off of a cliff no matter how much time has passed i will kill them.

 

You killed Eduardo the second the round started, There is no way you could know that he was a traitor.

If eduardo did indeed try to push you of before the round started and fails, dont kill him. if he would have succeeded pushing you off and he becomes inno then eduardo would have gotten slained for that if the fall damaged you.

I say this slay was justified
