Is it possible to throw that a kos can not be called of into the motd? Many players have reported me lately for killing them. A kos was called on them, the one calling it says no, but I have seen admins and mods say that a kos can not be called off. Kind of tired of having to explain that over and over to players.

A KOS cannot be completely called off due to alot of people not watching chat/turn sound off/alt tab, however if you acknowledge the KOS is called off you will be punished for going through with it, and seeing as you admit to seeing people say no after a KOS I hope the staff watch you now.
I know what he is suggesting, but he has taken the rule the wrong way, a KOS can be called off but not completely is what I should of said. So why add a rule saying KOS can't be called off when it in fact can.
If you know a kos has been called off and you kill for it anyways you have committed rdm. If you are unaware a kos has been called off and you kill for it it is not rdm.
