SO. I've been getting shit out of this computer and I have realized that it is now officially in the dumps. You know the shell on the outside of a bullet when you fire it. You have to look really closely at your screen to see it. BUT...I like butts...this small thing that is an iota particle on your screen appears to be a fucking ERROR. Either Serious TTT thought "HEY, YOU KNOW THOSE LITTLE THINGS ON THE SCREEN AFTER YOU FIRE A BULLET? LETS MAKE THAT A FUCKING SKIN THAT DOESN'T WORK FOR MAC", or its an actual skin from a game and I just need to know what that game is to stop this shit. I'm wondering if anyone else has this problem and if they have found out what it is. Please help.
Are you saying the shell casings are showing as an error for you? You should really try to proof read and simplify your posts. Just a tip.
Yes, the shell casings are. Is it just the normal default casings or is it a skin or something for Serious TTT
@Sinz @Enigmatica @Darktooth @Slicck could maybe answer your question. Maybe even @Zikeji I just thought they were the normal CS casings. Does it happen with all weapons or just certain ones?
They should be normal CS casings. I'm guessing you have CS installed based on the rest of the room looking fine in your screenshot. Try installing this addon: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=106468747 If that doesn't do the trick, try the following. You could try downloading this: http://css.gamebanana.com/skins/28796 Uncompress it and copy the contents of the "Cstrike" folder into your Garry's Mod base directory (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\{STEAM_USERNAME}\garrysmod\). If it asks you to overwrite anything, let it. If that doesn't work, I would suggest reinstalling gmod and cstrike - but that's a chore and you could lose stuff you don't want to.
Okay, before reinstalling both the games, go to Gmod in the library, right click, hit "Properties", click the tab that says "Local Files", and then click "Verify Integrity of Game Cache...". Do the same thing with CS. Then restart your computer. Now try.
