Why you should be unbanned:

Banned for ghosting. I play with my brother. Tombagpipehero. This guy bans me for "ghosting". Even though for every single traitor I killed, I had a legit reason to do so. He says we are using skype and although we are skype friends, I know that this server has very strict skype rules so I don't use it when I hop on TTT. Just last week I was false banned for "Hacking". Now this. I'm getting really tired of these mods just banning me on the spot with no evidence other than suspicion. There needs to be a trial and evidence.

How it happened. I was firstly of accused of rdming, because I heard a kos. When I killed this person, they were innocent and filed a report. I type in the report that he was kosed and the mod says he wasn't, but I distinctly heard this person be kosed. THEN, for what ever reason, the mod starts accusing us of ghosting, even though I had just killed an innocent. Tom called him a faggot, kind of unprofessional but whatever, it has nothing to do with me. This mod then bans me the next map for "ghosting". I know this server is called "Serious TTT", but I play garys mod for FUN. ENTERTAINMENT. TO LAUGH. I don't play Garys Mod to get a good score and ghost and hack.

Using third party chat to inform player of in-game events they are not yet aware of.
This includes using in-game private chat, admin chat, steam chat, Skype, TeamSpeak, etc.
This includes giving away information about yourself.
Using public chat, team chat and spectator chat will ensure you aren't ghosting. Any other forms of communication could result in inadvertently ghosting and we will enforce it.

I didn't break any of these rules and these mods have so much power to ban people without any need to provide ACTUAL evidence. This is the 2nd time in 1 WEEK!. I bet I have more play time than this mod because this is the only server I play on and I wouldn't risk getting banned.

People have already talked about how "Oh Bryan? Yea that guy is a hacker, just report him"

Now it's "Oh Bryan killed me on my T round! He must be ghosting, I'm telling a mod!"

I don't know what this mod did to think that we are ghosting, be it background noise or what ever, but this is just pure suspicion and he needs to actually investigate and ask questions before just bans some one for a biased reason.​
