It seems as if you killed Posiedon and left before the slay could be assigned, and before you could answer. I don't really believe that your internet went out, seeing as the report was open for a round or so before you left. It seems to me you flat out forgot to answer it or didn't realize it was there before you left. So I will give you that opportunity now! If you can give me a reason for killing Posiedon then I will urban you right now. You have about 24 hours to respond.
