First of all i was accused of RDM because i thought it was a regular portal but it was a death trap , 2 rounds later i get slain and i have to go eat , so i log off and i get 5 days of ban , which is very unfair.​

Thank you for taking the time to write this Appeal. As both yourself and Asty have mentioned, I was not only present during this incident but was the one who banned you for your First Offence of RDM and Leave on the EU server. I apologise that you believe this Ban to be unfairly given, but I hope from the information provided below, you will be able to understand why it is that I issued it onto you.

The reason why you were slain originally was because you committed an act of RDM on the Jondome map. During Round 5 there was a player in the tester who was just confirmed as Innocent. Instead of using the button to free the player, you instead pulled the lever, which sentences the victim to their death. As he was a proven Innocent and you had no reason to kill him, this is an act of RDM. I do understand that you may not have known originally that the lever would kill them, but it's still a mistake and an accident; and accidental RDM is still slayable.

Below you can see that I Filed a Report Against you, during the same Round you had committed the act. I can assure you that it did not take two Rounds for you to be slain; in fact, it only took two minutes for the Report to be filed and you to be slain. This can be seen as you Reported me for killing you at 1:35, and I Reported you after we had both died at 3:33 into the Round. It was the same Round in which I issued you a Slay.

Sadly however, as you can see to the left of the screen, moments after I issued you your slay you left the server. There is a rule which we enforce in our servers, where if you have to be slain, you must stay on the server after you're slain until the whole round is over. I decided to wait a little while for you to come back, as I know at about that time the EU server was becoming a little laggy, and many players had dropped connection, but after a Round and a half I decided that I needed to issue you the ban.

I hope that this helps explain the reasoning behind your ban, and clarifies any confusion as to whether or not you believe I was treating you unfairly. However, I believe I undertook the appropriate actions and punishments in this situation.

As this is your First Offence of RDM and Leave, and I can see that you are still fairly new to our servers and rules, I am more than happy on this opportunity to Approve the Appeal, and VOID this first offence. As such, you will be unbanned momentarily on EU, and will soon be able to play on the server again. However, I must ask you to please be mindful of our rules, and make sure that whenever you are slain, to stay for the full duration of that Round.
