I had crowbar fight with someone. and he agreed to fighting.
So we fought with crowbar. and I won, round was over at the same time.
and map was changing, at that moment I need to go somewhere,
so I shutdown the game. Came home and I tried to join the game...
but I can't! I got banned! You should unban me. It's impossible....

As you can see in our server rules that come up every time you join the server and every time a map changes and whenever you type !motd in-game, crowbar fighting is not allowed. You can also read that if you let someone kill you, it is still RDM. The reason this is against the rilles is to prevent things like RDM chains from happening.

Due to the fact that you left without serving the slay you deserved, you were banned for RDM and leave.

Theres not really much to explain here since you explained exactly why you were banned. You got in a crowbar fight with someone which, as Mango explained is clearly against the rules. I issued the slay at the end of the map we were playing on, the map changed and you were in the new map but then left.
