Hello Bernardo, Thank you for taking some time to visit us on SeriousGmod Forums to appeal your ban.

Rice is indeed correct, I had banned you for RDM and Leave, 1st offense with a SOL (Stature of limitation.)

As you can tell here, I had checked the damage logs and concluded you had randomly crowbarred someone you thought had damaged you. This was not the case. Shortly after issuing your slay, you had left.

Due to your previous ban being further out than 3 months, your bans had been reset. This does mean, however, you have done this previously and know/understand our rules to a degree. Please make sure in the future to use @ to speak to staff to ask if you can go to prevent this kind of situation from happening.

As you seem to play off and on, I am willing to lift your ban for now, but not void it. Meaning if this kind of thing happens, your second offense will be the full two weeks as this is now documented we have spoken about this kind of thing and ways to prevent it.
