This was a misunderstanding of the rules and it has been explained to me.​

Evidence of Innocence:

I did not understand how the slay rules worked I thought after you were slain you could leave you didn't have to wait the whole round out. I'm sorry I did not mean to rdm & leave. I was trying to play civ 5 and the slay took 5 rounds. @Sivad87 i'm sorry if this ban could be reduced I would be very greatful and I understand the rules now.

if @Thorn or @Alchemized has anything to add they were in teamspeak with me at the time.​

 

You were banned by @Sivad87 for RDM and Leave 1st offense. He will respond as soon as he is able to.

Also, I can confirm that he asked me for a clarification of the rule after he had received the ban.

You were banned because you left on the round you were slain. The slay was issue because you killed player Run in round 4 on suspicion. I completed this report and issued the slay at the beginning of round 6 as there was 4 other reports in round 4 that were ahead of your report and being investigated first. After the map change you were slain and you immediately left.

I will approve your appeal as long as you serve your slay with me in game but I would like to add that you fully knew you had rdmd in game and were asking repeatedly to be slain. you also asked for "Put 2 slays on me right now and i'll serve them later." I would hope in the future you understand you must stay for your entire round before leaving as well as is you have any doubt to ask the staff in game if you are good to leave to assure something like this doesn't happen again.

Please add me on steam or message me in the forum to setup a time to serve your slay with me.
