Banned for someone else's mistake, banned the wrong person!

Why should you be unbanned: It was a case of the wrong person, and I didn't do anything. He got the wrong person to ban.
Evidence of innocence: I didn't even shoot that round, so being banned for MASS RDM'ing is way out of scope. I was banned by KillaMarshall for no reason, probably banned the wrong guy. He banned me right after 4 people died in a C4 or Frag Grenade accident or something, like 10 seconds after. He didn't even check Damage Logs. I joined the server less than 2 rounds ago, and I was detective. I don't know why he jumped to the conclusion I did something, it was seriously a wrong ban, and should have never hapepend in the first place...

Here's the full story:

I joined the server 10 minutes ago, and I was on my second round in that session. I was a Detective. Someone called a KoS on the man coming up on the elevator (We were playing on the jail map). When he came up many of us Detectives and Innocents crowded up around the elevator to shoot that guy coming up. He came up and he started yelling he's inno, blah blah. Two seconds later some throws a frag or a C4 or something and like 4 people died (two detectives), I was a detective and I survived. Right when I was about to investigate what the heck happened KillaMarshall or something like that slayed me. I was so confused about what the heck just ahppened, and why I was slain. I supposed I had to wait for him to talk to me, but instead less than 10 seconds after he slayed me I got banned for Mass RDM, wtf? I couldn't even speak to him, that he got the wrong guy. He didn't even check the DAMAGE LOGS? KillaMarshall had banned me permanenetly. I did not do anything, he didn't even check the damage logs. I joined the server barely 5 minutes ago, It was a case of the wrong person. It must have been someoneelse or a traitor, but I do not know why he jumped right on me, I didn't even shoot once that round (it was barely 3 minutes in). So please figure this out, and I hope I get unbanned for something that I DID NOT DO. Once again, the ban was by KillaMarshall Permanently. Please unban me for this wrong case of banning.
