Why should you be unbanned: I pressed the T trap button as I thought I was last. However I was not. Fine. I was Slayed for ONE/1 round. During the next round I could play I waited near the T room on community pool. A T walked up and SHOT ME..I then killed them. After about a min I was BANNED FOR 6 days. I do not think that this incident should be treated the same as if I had just shot and killed 4 innos. I also think that if I were to be banned it should be right away and not AFTER A WHOLE ROUND HAD PASSED. This shows that the ban was related to the 2nd incident where the ADMIN DINT CHECK THE LOGS AND BANNED ME FOR RDM WHEN I DIDN'T.

All in all I am HEAVILY disappointed by this servers admins, Zikeji and Asty, and would like to be unbanned posthaste.

 

You were banned because you RDM'd 4 traitors. You can't just assume you're the last inno and then use that assumption to kill everyone via water trap or what have you.

And Zikeji is new to being a mod, so he thought 1 slay was enough. I mentioned to him, however, that RDMing 4 players (as per the rules) is a 5 day ban.

 

Then WHY do I have 6 days

 

You are banned for 5 days, per the MOTD.

 

7200 minutes is 5 days, not 6.

 

At least I was right in the end...I WON that round of TTT against ALL odds. WOOT. See you all in 5 days. Get ready to lose again.

Dude you killed 4 people for no reason and you had no proof they were traitors. There was no reason for you to activate the t trap also.

 

You have to have solid proof. You can't just go through your life assuming everything.

 

Actually Event, I was tired at the time and I banned the wrong person(Apocalypse Aztec). After you said that in traitor chat my staff buddies were like "dude you banned the wrong person" and I was like "oh shit yeah".

Thankfully Apocalypse Aztec was a good sport about it after I added him and informed of the accidental ban.

That is why you were "banned after a whole round passed", I didn't take into consideration RDM's from the current round, because they don't tie in anyway. The way our rules stack, is (in a day) 1 RDM is 1 RDM, another RDM get's you to punishment for 2 RDM, and so on. RDM's in a round all stack up. 4 RDMs in 1 round falls under the 4+ Times punishment.

While that is somewhat our definition, it's essentially attacking/killing a user with no proof or reasonable cause.

In this situation, based on just your replies to this thread - you've admitted to the RDM and feel that it wasn't wrong because you were right in the end - which is what most RDM's use as their argument. But the fact is, you were camped out in that room for about half the round, you saw a person through the window(and had no way of knowing you were the last innocent) and pressed the trap button.
