Banned for 5 days?

Hi, I'm not sure what happened but apparently I've been banned from West 1 for five days?
I was playing on West 1 and everything was getting lagged the heck out so I switched to West 2.

I was not aware of any incoming slays, or that I had even been reported for anything.

Why should you be unbanned: I was not aware of any incoming reports or slays on me before I switched servers due to mass lag.
Evidence of innocence: I'm not sure how I would prove this. Any people that have played with me know I'm not the type to RDM and leave for what it's worth.

It's been a couple days now and still no reply from Storm.
Can someone else take a look at this? I really want to get back on West 1, it's my favorite of the servers.
