So we are playing on assault map and like usual people go to that buggy place on the roof. I was in the train station with some people and a detective. Then somebody got sniped by a dragnov (3 dead sniped (awp + dragnov) in total) So I kept aiming at that place were I saw 2 people and one of them "Trustworthy Terrorist" (who reported me) I saw him with a dragnov so I said in chat: "it's trustworthy he's holding a dragnov" so he ran and hides but he got killed (I don't know how) when I was dead later in spectater mode I fly to his body and He was a T with a dragnov laying next to him. He reported me for false KOS and the admin "Hello my friend" decided to slay me because "reasons". Keep in mind that I didn't say the word "KOS" at all. SO I talked to the admin but he said that "I called a false kos on a T who was a real T" but I have to get slain anyway (didn't make any sense to me). So I got slain the next round and obviously I was pissed off so I left (after getting slain). Today when I logged on I was banned for 14 days for :"RDM and leave 2nd". the funny think is that I didn't fire a single bullet that round and I got banned for RDM so I think a horrible injustice happened to me​

Thanks for making your appeal here, it keeps everything clean and allows us the deal with this one to one.

Lets jump into the hard facts, a lot of the story your telling now was not told when the slay and ban were made, here is the screenshots I collected from the night, and might I add during this time you didn't communicate anything.

As you can see from this image, you called a KOS earlier in the round, for the reason stated as "I saw you aiming and then someone died", so therefore basesd on what information I was provided, you didn't actually see him kill anyone. You also didn't provide information about any shooting he did, who he shot at or what he shot with at the time. (You claim you did here, but you never at the time, or else you would have mentioned it in your response).

Lets move over to screenshot 2 which just confirms that you left the game.

So if you look at both times in the screenshot, you were slain at the end of the last round, then chose to join the next map and leave during the start. Given the fact that I can't tell when you called the kos, I couldn't pinpoint the time you were talking about.

With this all in mind, and taking into consideration that you are a regular EU2 player, and seeing you leave randomly did raise questions as to why. I would like to accept your appeal and allow you go on a server and serve a slay with a staff member.

To clarify the report and my answer happened during the last round of the map and the slay decision happened at the map vote screen. when the map changed we talked and at the first round of the next map I saw slain and after 30 seconds of the round start (really start when T and innocents are chosen I was slain, dead) so I left after getting slain to avoid getting banned (I was really pissed off).

And to the fact of calling the kos: I said the I saw him aiming with a dragnov then a confusion started and someone else called the kos and a lot of people got shot. So what I did is starting the confusion I didn't called the kos I only said I saw him with a dragnov. I think it's strages who called the kos not sure, a lot of people were talking at the same time.

Also I started playing gmod a month ago, so I'm basically a new player and this is the only server I play in because I enjoy the community. My fear is not of not getting unbanned but that next time it will be a 3rd and I will be banned for a long long time If I do a real thing that deserves a ban.

 

Okay, so first off, thanks very much for communicating everything from your point of view. It really helps get a picture of what your side of the story was. I mean, from what you're saying now I can understand how you say you didn't call the kos, but due to miscommunication in the response of the report, you basically admitted that you did infact kos him. As for the ban aspect, after this report it shouldn't be influenced because I intend to void your ban
