Didn't even know I was banned until I started to play today​

So when I was playing yesterday on the map with the 2 cars passing by, I used the machine gun to shoot the car for fun and accidently 1 bullet hit a guy with 4 damage and I appologized to him. So this guy reported me and an admin decides that it was RDM and as a punishment I was to be slain the next round. So I talked the the admin and he explained to me why it's considered as RDM even if all I did is 4 damage accidently. I got pissed off and I said to everyone good night (it was 2 am) and I logged out. Then today when I entred the server a message popped up to tell me I was banned for 5 days.
After rechecking the rules I presume I was banned for "RDM and Leaving" but I think that the rule is made for people who log-in and start killing and damaging then run off the server not people like me who did 4 damage accidently then went to sleep, because if I've stayed for the next round I would have been slain not banned, and I did not leave the server because I RDM people but because I went to sleep.​

Hello! I did ban you for RDM and leave as protocol states I have to seeing as you did leave with a sla y on you as seen here

And while we did talk and I did explain to you that accidental damage is still rdm, you proceeded to leave after stating that you understood it was RDM.

Now, I understand that you did not RDM intentionally and I know it was late and you figured you should just go to bed seeing as you wouldn't get to play the next round and you were very friendly the whole time and understood and acknowledged why you were being slain, so in light of that I would like to approve this appeal.
