what kinda dookey brain do you need to not accept a ban appeal like that smh can come on the server and hack like 9 times to get a perma or just get a paypal dispute like get outta here with that fix the rules takin a stinkin eon to respond to an appeal jesus

 

Considering disputes often cost the business money, I have no sympathy for it.

 

ok thats fine but you could say "no" in remotely the same timeframe and not take 14 months

 

Unban my man, make him pay $20 for the unban, who cares.

 

It's called a dispute for a reason, the money is held by the company used for the transaction (in this case PayPal I guess) and both parties have the right to stake their claim to the money, however as a consumer it's more often they get their money back but either way the process can take a long time on PayPal's end

 

Someone buy this guy a VIP, (or whatever he owes) pay off his debt, and get him unbanned.
