Why should you be unbanned: Guy 1 I killed due to walking over an unid'd guy 2 and 3 also for the same reason but in a different instance, I was slayed and banned immediately without any attempt from the admin POP STAR to figure out what was going on he just took the word and zwoosh ban'd
Evidence of innocence: I dont have some mystical dna samples i can give you or anything so i'll just give you the exact recount of what happened - Guy 1 walked clear over an unid'd body with no attempt to indentify (im talking straight one side of the body to the other and still going) so I killed him straight up. I walked into the bar room afterwards and a guy was freshly harpooned (I heard him die and came around the corner to his unidentified body flopping over from the hit) so I see this dude with the batman suit just sittin there chillin he kind of jumped around the body and didnt try to id it i really dont see how he couldn't have seen (he was looking the direction of the body to begin with though i suppose it is possible that both his monitor and sound were sabotaged at the time so when they came back on it was too late) it so I took him out but he was innocent so I'm like huh ok hes just dumb so I look on over to the balcony area and I see another guy just standing up there not taking any action and having been standing there the whole time and still not making any attempt to id the body, kill the only other suspect in the room, or make a call-out, so I killed him
no one entered or exited the area prior to this so no one else couldve been involved in the harpooning other than those two players (now under the idea that there was a 3rd shooter to this masterful jfk shooting incident that i simply didnt see both suspects were still parading around the area of this unidentified body with no attempt to id it).

i have no intention of punctuating this description

also it says blatant mass rdm 4+ but i only killed 3 people so i just dont see how this is possible (if a 4th one was killed then i must've missed and not noticed)

Now Twiche, I would never ban someone without reason. When we, the staff, see RDM, there is a protocol that we must follow, which is based on our server rules (or MOTD "!motd in-game".)

However, as you can tell by the ban, I declared it "Blatant." Now, as you have claimed that I only listened to the reporters and banned right after, that was simply a hinter to indicate something wasn't right. So, I spectated you and watched you shoot a personally randomly for no traitorous reason. I was surprised, and I asked the person you killed why they killed you and their response made me investigate further. There were no un-id's near this indidiual.

To finalize and explain why the ban was "4+," it's simply due to extra damage you did via Incen. I just added it all up and issued the ban.

I will however lift your ban, due to the chaotic nature of this ban. I also re-added how much actual damage that could be deemed as RDM and it added up to only 3. Therefore, I will shorten the ban to a proper 24 hours, with subtracting how long it has been since I've banned you.

Your current ban will be shortened and re-done.

I'm going to go ahead and lock this, but I want to remind you that lying on RDM reports will get you banned. If you killed players for walking over unID'd bodies and I were spectating you to see that wasn't the case, I wouldn't take too kindly to someone who is just using that as an excuse to RDM. Other than spectating you, we have other ways to detect if you are lying. Best bet is to be honest.
