Why should you be unbanned: I do not remember there was any slay issued to me before i leave and i was in a rush for work aswell.

Evidence of innocence: None. but i did say it in mic that i have to go already so bye.

Notes: can i have more details on who did i rdm and what happened after i leave.

I do want to add that if you're ever tentative about having a slay on yourself for whatever reason, it's important that you ask a staff member if you do have a slay on you and if it's alright for you to get off. This prevents situations like this and in general makes it easier for everyone. Even if you notify via mic that you have to leave, we don't always catch everything, so a simple message asking if there's any slays on you in admin chat will suffice.

I banned you for RDM & Leave - First Offense, as seen here:


NeverEnding, I do not tolerate dis-respect to a staff member. I slayed you for falling (or Goomba Stomping) on another player on East. You did not think you should be slayed and replied shortly after with "whatever, I have to go to work, stupid admins."

I had no response, as you are entitled to your opinion, and you left shortly after stating your said opinions.

Even if this is your first offense, you blatantly left with no intention of serving your slay. Therefore, your ban will not be lifted.

You will serve your 5 day ban to it's full duration.

For future reference I want to state that if you gonna stomp someone, even if it accidental, it is completely up to the person you stomped to determine if you had no control over what you did and decide if they would like a slay to be issued. If that is the case the a staff member will issue a slay for RDM and you must wait until the end of your slay round to leave.

imma shortlist all the stuff

1) i did not know i was getting slain
2) i did not disrespect admin during that time
3) it was all a misunderstanding (yes spooderman wanted me slain but that was kinda late)
4) yes it's my fault for not using the admin chat to check
5) how will i know did i damage him or not. since it's not me who killed him

alright. please take my shortlisted version and please give your verdict asap.

I will honestly take up the ban if i really killed him
but since i prop hurt/goombad him by accident. i really had no idea, so please show some justice and mercy
