Ban Appeal and Mod Abuse Report

Why should you be unbanned:

Hi, my name is Mika Nazara on the server. First, I'd like to get ban appealed if I can because this is the first server where "RDM & Leave" I've encountered and left after a Mod slay'd me without hearing me out, which I'll explain in a moment. But I left because I was upset with the mod slaying me wrongly, I tried to join back to make a report because I didn't remember his name and had the 5 day ban for the "RDM & Leave" which I forgot because yeah, first time having seen that.

Anyway, why did I get slain?
There was an AFK in a large room. The Mod was following me, which I marked mentally as suspicious, I left the room with the AFK, down a corridor, the Mod was no longer with me, the corridor circled back into the room with the AFK who was now dead and I look back to see the Mod following me again. All of this within a very short time frame where he could've killed the AFK and followed me, as what happened. I decided if I can get a method of death off the AFK body to match the Mod's gun, that would be enough evidence to shoot him down. I check the body, an ACR killed him, the Mod is holding an ACR and is now looking innocent by checking an already ID'd body. I shoot him down, he's a traitor. He slays me without hearing me out.

If I can't get banned appealed, I understand although if the Mod didn't abuse it wouldn't be an RDM & Leave. If anything, would like to report against the Mod who chose to slay me without hearing. I've been trying to find a server without Mod Abuse. I've so far enjoyed this server and want to invite friends on it, but not if Mods get mad for being found out and say it was RDM. I'd like to hear back soon. I think I could remember the Mod's name if I see him.

 

this mod is me I banned you i went to the site of the body and had a acr and you straight up murdered me you cannot kill for me having the same gun,but I will unban you because I think if u really wanted to type this long of a report then you are dedicated to this server and did not want to get banned.

 

That was not abuse that is not enough proof to kill him he had right to slay you.
