I was a detective and i was hearing people saying KOS "player" in the ending stages of the round. "Player" appeared and through instincts remembering what they were saying, i shot and killed "player". I apologised profusely when he was not the traitor. At the end of the round I really had to leave to sleep as I'm in Singapore and it was Midnight there. I'm sure you understand now​

Well, I really had to leave after that round to sleep.... I don't see why i should have a 5 day ban... Besides i hate TTT servers with mods

Your report shows that you killed this person on suspicion, by your own admission. Under our rules, you can never kill on suspicion. The damagelogs for this, which shows who shot and when, within 10 seconds of death, shows that cookie never fired a shot (unfortunately, I do not have picture proof of this).

I'd like to remind you that if you are to be served a slay, you must stay the entire round, as the punishment is being unable to play for a whole round.

I will give my verdict on this appeal after I come home from work (roughly 3-5 hours from now). Above and beyond that, you may reply to anything I've presented to you. I will read through your reply and decide how to handle your appeal afterwards.

I can handle any punishment. Its just that I really had to leave after that last game, i even said i had to go to the whole server unlike just leaving instantly. BTW, it was another player that called suspicion on him, not by my own judgement, so i kept that in mind when scouting the map, but yet again, this might not have any effect on the outcome. I might not have also seen the slay. Had i seen it, i would have told a staff that i REALLY had to go (to bed)

 

Seeing as this is your first offense of RDM and Leave, I will go ahead and unban you. You may continue play at your own convenience.

Keep in mind that this ban is NOT voided. Meaning if an incident like this happens again, you will be punished as if it's your second offense. My reasoning behind this is because you did kill a player on suspicion without reasonable proof he was or wasn't a T, and that cannot go unpunished in some form.

At any rate, your ban appeal is ACCEPTED.
