Why you should be unbanned:

Because I am new to the server and simply reported my friend which I was playing with for rdm'ing me. Then got banned for 28 days for "Ghosting" simply for being friends with him???????​

So while we were playing together you were killed by Commander Cocksucker. His response is what caused me to ban you for ghosting but before I did so I made sure to check you were actually friends and he wasn't just trolling you.

As shown here he had randomly killed you roughly 5 minutes into the round. The problem here lies in the fact that he killed you for saying you were a traitor in skype.

Ghosting

• Using third party chat to inform player of in-game events they are not yet aware of.
• This includes using in-game private chat, admin chat, steam chat, Skype, TeamSpeak, etc.

Because you used a third party game chat to inform him that you were a traitor, and he used that information to kill you, and that you were using a third party program such as Skype to give each other this information you were banned for ghosting.

I have spoken to my admin @Falcor about the validity of this ban but I'll tag her to review my evidence and make sure this ban is deserved.

 

Well fuck, I mean theres not much for me to say to get unbanned, but he does admit to him lying about me ghosting him out, nor has there been any signs of me/him ghosting in earlier parts of the game, where we played by the rules. It'd just suck to be banned for 4 weeks. You might not have noticed, but I was innocent at that occurnce.

 

While it may be a long ban, I have not had it globalized which means you're free to play on any of our 6 other servers (East 1/2, West 1/2, Vanilla, EU Vanilla) or Deathrun if you'd like.

 

But it's not the same then..
Also I do feel that the comment he made afterwards, is heavily affected by our friend, sarcasm.

 

After discussing it with my admin it seems that you truly would like to continue playing on our servers. I would be careful in who you play with and what you say to each other on skype (although you don't have to refrain from skyping your friends as long as you don't give each other in game information).

So I've decided to give you a second chance to play on our servers but with a catch:

You will be unbanned, but the ban will not be voided so if you are found ghosting it will count as your second offense. I would also be careful of who you're playing with and if they'd say things that would incriminate you in large offenses like these. Don't take this pardon lightly.
