Hey Apherix! Long time no see! Anyways, as stated in this thread by Highwon with the ranks coming out, there were going to be bugs. Simply post in that thread about which servers this still affects you on!
I know what you're talking about. It doesn't happen to me very often but sometimes after changing to a new map it resets it.
