Why you should be unbanned:

Well I was banned for RDM and leaving. Here's the situation; New round starts (Round #4 at the time), Its on map ttt_ford_marine and I ran into one of the little garages on the main level and got into a corner, Inside that unit was an explosive barrel. The round started, a player named Pices87 (something very close to that) ran in, looked at me, ran out, and shot the barrel with a semi auto shotgun (Traitorous act). I hunted him down and killed him. After finding out he was Innocent I committed suicide right there on the spot. I Apologized and he still reported me. Whatever, I was gonna wait to dispute it with a mod. Now this is IRL (Im a Marine and I live in some busted ass barracks on camp), my buddy walks in and says, "bro we have hot water and water pressure" (Haven't had it for 8 days) , luckily the next round is a headshot round, so I go spectator so I wouldn't lose my spot on the server and so I wasn't an AFK turd during the round slowing it up. Came back from my shower with a 7200 Minute ban.

I believe I should be unbanned because I was not fairly tried as an "RDMer" (No interrogation or question from anyone other than the report) I also did not leave the server as the ban states, which may be debatable since I went spectator. But wouldn't my slay carry over to the next round I stop spectating in and attempt to play (if i was issued a slay that is)? I have been playing on this server for a very long time, this is my first ban, I have seen many players come and go with god awful bans that should have not have happened and I am not going to let it happen to me with out opposing it. Therefore I believe I should have my ban appealed and if that is not possible, then some discussion should happen between a head staff member to Seth Harle and see if he is fit for this position because he did not follow protocol on dealing with an RDMer, I did not receive any warning at all; verbal or text, I did not receive any "1st slay" for RDMing (I did take the liberty upon myself to kill myself as stated above), I was tried as +3 offence RDMer with a 120 hour ban, not 24 hours (as stated I did not leave the server and participated the whole round).

In accordance with my questioning of Seth, Why was Monzoman13 tried differently and given a "benefit of the doubt" and time to fix himself when I took the liberty of slaying myself + creating less work for the moderator?

Considering I gave you a round to come back before I placed the ban, you had sufficient time to return.
However, this being your first offence of rdm and leave, I shall give you the benefit of doubt and hope that it this incident will not repeat itself again in the near future.
With that being said, if you wish to be unbanned, please add me on steam and i'll void your ban after you've taken the slay.

You were banned on West by me.
Just to quote and clarify your misunderstandings, I will explain my side of the story and bring up the evidence needed.
So firstly, when you were reported, you did not reply to your report and had left the server before the final verdict was given.
With that being said, I proceeded to wait 2 more rounds [4 and 5] before banning you. I had not noticed your presence when you came back as I was in the midst of banning so I would like to apologize for that.

You had left the server before you answered your report neither did you say anything to me.
I took it as an rdm and leave based on logs that the victim had not done anything wrong.

Now considering this is an appeal and your first offence. I will unban you on west after you've served your slay. As I do not have the full logs of the whole incident and this incident being a word vs word, judged highly based on the response of the killer [which you did not reply], I will void this ban.

In the future, you should reply to all your reports and asked an admin if you're free to go before leaving, hence, preventing confusion from occuring.

Thank you for your forgiveness. I believe the slay on my part right after his death should have been enough as well as me having the right to kill him as he blew up a barrel. But I went spectator and went to get a shower, so I guess 2 rounds had gone by in that time. Even then, the assumption that I wouldn't respond because I went spectator should have been put in place. People make mistakes and you indeed had left the server without the knowledge that it would be treated as an rdm and leave even though you had already slayed yourself without my presence.
