Why you should be unbanned:

Your website says I was banned for 16 weeks for "Ban Evasion" and I have no idea what I could have even evaded. I tabbed out to add a friend on steam, when I tabbed back in, the server was crashing. When I tried to connect to the server again I was notified I was banned for 112 days (16 Weeks) and I didn't even know what I would have been banned for in the first place, so how would I evade it.​

Evidence of Innocence:

Ask XSpecial. He was in the server when it crashed, and he was the friend I was adding.​
