Answered Am I still banned or not?

Sometime in mid-April, I cooked a frag and RDMed a bunch of players. I was banned by the server for low karma, and then the ban was changed into "Mass RDM and leave." I was my 4th offense or something, so I was banned on all server for 2 months. Today, thinking that I will be unbanned in a few days, I went on the banlist to check exactly what day the ban will be lifted and... I didn't see my name any where on the ban list, all the way back to 2013. So that's it? Am I free to play on any server now or am I still banned?

 

Try to join a server to check if you're still banned, lol.

 

Just try and see if you can connect, what harm would it bring if you still are banned? Just check again, or ask someone if you still are.

 

I can check for you the next time I'm on.

 

I can't get on the game now but I'll check when I get home, probably in a few hours.

Hey, you will actually be unbanned today. As it turns out you seem to have been falsely banned for the majority of this time. You will also be given some sort of restitution for the time that you have not been able to play. Sorry for the inconvenience that this ban has no doubt made you suffer. You don't ban for RDM and Leave if they have been karma banned.

 

Okie Dokie, I've never had this situation occur but I wanted to know for future reference

 

If they did RDM more than three players, however, then it's a mass RDM ban.
